Your Fathom reports just got a major upgrade. This latest enhancement allows you to easily add images, PDFs, and supporting documents directly into your Fathom reports.

No more stitching together files, wrestling with PDF editors, or recreating charts from scratch. Just complete, professional reports all in one place.

Why we built this

Every month, finance teams were spending hours patching together management packs after exporting from Fathom. Logos, Excel charts, supporting documents – they all had to be dropped in manually, often at the cost of both time and polish.

This was one of the most requested features from our community, and we’re thrilled to say it’s here!

What you can do now

With this reporting upgrade, you can:

• Enhance your data storytelling: Drop in external charts, tables, and visualisations alongside your Fathom insights.
• Create complete management packs: Embed reports from other systems like Xero, QuickBooks, or operational dashboards.
• Brand your reports your way: Add logos, cover pages, signature pages, or board documents to deliver a professional, tailored experience.

All without leaving Fathom.

A faster, smoother workflow

Here’s the difference:

Before

1. Generate financial report (30 minutes)
2. Export to PDF and open in PDF editor (10 minutes)
3. Screenshot and insert Excel charts separately (20 minutes)
4. Add logos and branding elements (15 minutes)
5. Stitch together with other external PDF reports (30 minutes)
