What is a company?
A company represents a single financial entity – typically this is your own business or a client’s business.
What is a user?
Users can be people in your company or your clients. User can login to Fathom to view an analysis and reports. All plans include unlimited users.
Can I change plans at any time?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade your plan, you will immediately have access to the extended capacity.
How can I pay for Fathom?
We accept payments via Visa and MasterCard. Payments are processed via a secure payment gateway. Credit card details are entered within Fathom, either during or after your free trial.
Is there a minimum term?
No, Fathom is a monthly pay as you go service with no contracts. If you decide to cancel, your subscription will not renew at the end of your monthly billing cycle.
Are there per-user fees?
No. The prices above are inclusive of an unlimited number of users.
Can I purchase right now?
Yes. First, sign up for a trial. Then login to Fathom and you will be able to choose a plan and provide credit card details.
